Location 

Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal is located in the Sarina Shire, 38 kilometres south of the North Queensland city of Mackay. Situated on Dalrymple Bay at the Port of Hay Point, the Terminal’s operations stretch over a distance of six kilometres The closest communities are Louisa Creek to the north-west, and Half Tide Beach and Salonika Beach to the south.


How To Get Here
 

Travel South from Mackay along the Bruce Highway approximately 23km until you reach the Hay Point turnoff on the left (opposite Moana Caravan Park). This turnoff is well signed.

Follow Hay Point Road past the Alligator Creek Store (sharp left-hand bend) and continue along this road until you reach Martin Armstrong Drive and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal on the left. If you reach the community of Half Tide Beach you have travelled past DBCT.

Please note that the 7X project gate is located immediately before DBCT's main entrance and is only used for those connected with that project.
