Our staff
DBCT P/L employs over 300 people and often has over 100 contractors and consultants on site each day.
We have four business units: Business Improvement, Asset Management, Business Services and Operations, with these further broken down into the departments of IT, business improvement, projects, control systems, supply, technical support, maintenance, infrastructure, commercial services, human resources, health safety environment and quality, strategic planning and performance, logistics and operations.
Positions on site include electrical and mechanical tradespersons, production operators, shipping officers, logistics analysts, accountants, project supervisors and coordinators, inventory and systems analysts, software engineers, IT support technicians, shift coordinators, mechanical engineers, graduates, administration assistants, human resources officers and training facilitators. Apprentice and business traineeship opportunities are also available.
