With us from the beginning
Dalrymple Bay Terminal started in 1983 and we have some valued team members still working with us. We thank them for their contribution over the years, making us the company we are today. We are proud and thankful to our long-tenured employees for their dedication and support.

OUR KEY BENEFITS
HEALTH AND WELLBEING
We offer a range of initiatives, including physiotherapy appointments, offsite skin checks, and flu shots. We encourage our employees to stay fit and participate as a team, in the Mackay Marina Run each year.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
We provide our employees and their immediate dependent family with access to free, independent and confidential counselling services and information to assist in managing circumstances that may be causing difficulties at home or work.
DOMESTIC FAMILY VIOLENCE LEAVe
We understand that domestic and family violence can be difficult to talk about, and even more difficult to ask for support. Employees who are experiencing domestic and family violence, or who are supporting an immediate family or household member experiencing it, can access special additional leave, over and above existing entitlements.

Supporting our local community is extremely important to us. COAL CONNECTIONS
The vision of the Coal Connections Group is to enhance the engagement of Daly Bay retirees with the wider Daly Bay family. Daly Bay fosters connections between Coal Connections Group and the Terminal, showing the value and contribution of all employees, past and present. We are proud of our Coal Connections Program that allows the business to stay in touch with our retired employees. The events have been a great success with our retirees enjoying invitations to attend the Family Fun Day, Christmas party and their own individual Coal Connection events.
