APPRENTICESHIPS
Every year, Daly Bay and MRAEL partner to offer mechanical or electrical apprenticeships. Daly Bay hosts six new recruits: three mechanical and three electrical, for a four-year apprenticeship. MRAEL apprentices follow a structured training plan on site, providing exciting projects, support and supervision from highly experienced and qualified trade mentors.
TRAINEESHIPS
Daly Bay also offers operator and business administration traineeships in partnership with MRAEL. The MRAEL trainees are hosted by Daly Bay and follow a structured training program that includes dedicated classroom style learning and on-the-job learning.
