DBCT P/L is incredibly proud of all our apprentices and trainees who choose to begin their careers with us.
Whether they continue to grow within our team, venture into new opportunities, or return to us later in their journey, we celebrate their achievements and the contributions they’ve made along the way.
Apprenticeships:
Every year, DBCT P/L partners with MRAEL to welcome a new group of mechanical and electrical apprentices into our team. We aim to take on six new recruits: three mechanical and three electrical and support them throughout a four-year apprenticeship that blends hands-on learning with real career growth.
From day one, our apprentices are part of the DBCT P/L family. They work on meaningful projects across site, gain exposure to modern systems and equipment, and learn directly from highly experienced tradespeople who genuinely enjoy passing on their knowledge.
With a structured training plan, ongoing supervision, and plenty of encouragement along the way, our apprentices don’t just learn a trade, they build confidence, capability, and a strong foundation for a successful future.
Traineeships:
DBCT P/L also welcomes operator and business administration trainees through our long-standing partnership with MRAEL. Our trainees join the team as valued contributors, blending formal study with hands-on experience in a real workplace environment.
With a structured training program that combines classroom-style learning, mentoring, and on-the-job development, trainees build the confidence, skills, and industry knowledge they need to take the next step in their careers.
