The Community Working Group

The DBCT P/L Community Working Group, or CWG, was established to encourage open and transparent communication between the terminal and the community. DBCT P/L representatives host local residents and other local stakeholders at regular meetings to discuss social, environmental and economic issues.

Agenda and minutes of the meetings are available below. Minutes will be published after being ratified at the next bimonthly meeting.

CWG FUND

Our DBCT P/L Community Working Group Fund (CWG) is an opportunity to give back specifically to the communities adjacent to the terminal. We encourage community members to apply for initiatives that help address social, environmental and economic issues in the local area. Every year, we provide up to $10,000 to support these projects, with $5,000 set aside for the Louisa Creek Progress Association for annual maintenance to the Louisa Creek Hall, and the remaining $5,000 is for the CWG representatives to vote on and approve applications.
